Mōrena Kererū!
Well done with all your home learning. We are very impressed to see the hard work everyone is putting in on prodigy, study ladder and the awesome work shared on our blog.
Since it's important that we get outside and do some fitness everyday, we have decided to make a fitness challenge!
We challenge YOU to make an obstacle course for your fitness time today.
I created an obstacle course for Frankie... Watch the video below to see how he went:
He is very good at jumping but is still a little confused when I say 'over' or 'under'. I don't know if you'll be able to jump through the hoop like him so you'll need to get creative to make your own course.
You could use lots of different things you might find around home, in the garage or you could make a fitness course around backyard without using any furniture or materials.
For example: Run to the letter box and back, do 10 star jumps, run to the back fence and do 5 pushups, hop to the back door and do 10 squats.
If you need some more inspiration, Mrs Galletly's son, Charlie made an awesome fitness course, it is over on the Kōtuku blog. Click here: Kōtuku Blog
We look forward to seeing what you create. Maybe you could challenge other people in your bubble to see who can complete the course the fastest!
Remember to upload a photo or video and share what you create. We are looking forward to see your obstacle course!
Ka kite!
