Hey Kereru today for my writing task i chose to write about Koalas. I hope you enjoy learning all of the cool facts I found out about and I hope you learn something new too.
Hi Dayzharn,I loved your writing and learnt new things about Koalas. I liked how you put in new words you may not have known and I also liked how you highlighted the word koala in rainbow. It added a little POP to the doc.Maybe next time you could tell the reader how many koalas are left or if they are endangered..but other hen that it was an amazing piece of writing.
Hey Dayzharn What a cool piece of writing. I especially like how you explained what nocturnal meant for people that didn't know. I would also be worried that it would scratch me as well. Hope you are keeping safe Mr Gibson
Hi Dayzharn, I loved reading about koalas. I used to live in Australia and koalas were my favourite animal. I found it very interesting that they have sharp claws and I like how you explained that they used them to climb trees. Those sharp claws could be quite scary if you tried to cuddle a koala.
Thanks for sharing your writing about Koalas. I didn't know that a baby koala was called a joey. I thought that was only the name for baby kangaroos. Thank you for teaching me something new today! Keep up the great learning at home.
Hi Dayzharn, fantastic writing! I learnt a lot from your writing - I never knew they had such sharp claws and that the joeys are born so small! Have you seen a photo of a joey? They're very cute! I like how you have researched and found so many interesting facts. Well done!
Hi Dayzharn, awesome factual writing about Koalas. I learnt lots from your writing. They look so cute cuddling the tree. Do you think their sharp nails might make it a little difficult to cuddle in real life? I wonder how many Koalas are left in Australia after the big bush fires earlier this year? Thanks for sharing your writing with us.

I think it would be a little bit hard to cuddle a koala but it will be fun and cute. I hope there are still lots of Koalas left after the fire.
DeleteHi Dayzharn I so enjoyed reading your writing. Thanks for sharing all that information with us. They are so tiny when they are born aren't they!
