Hi Kererū!
Hope you're all having fun in your bubble. Thanks for sharing all your amazing learning on the blog!
I found this really cool Bingo game and thought I'd share it with you. You could also use it as a scavenger hunt and tick the pictures off when you see them.
I had a little problem, because when I go for walks, this is what it is like...
There's no shops, boats, rugby posts or playgrounds! I couldn't tick many things off the scavenger hunt, so I decided to draw my own.
First I used a ruler and drew a grid. I measured each square to make sure they were all the same size.
Then I filled in each square with a picture of something that I may see when I go for my walk.
I enjoyed drawing the simple pictures. Maybe you could create one for when you go for a walk around your area. You could make a grid for each family member and draw different pictures for each grid. You could play bingo and see who can tick off all the pictures on their grid first.
Could you tick off all the objects on the scavenger hunt I made, when you go for a walk?
Have fun exploring your area with your bubble.
If you create your own scavenger hunt, remember to take a photo and share it with us on the blog!
Ka kite, Mrs Walker
Morning Mrs Walker, it looks like you have such cool places to go walking. What a great idea to make up your own/or draw them if you can't see them around your area. I might do a Scavenger Hunt on my walk today, thanks for sharing. I wonder what kind of Scavenger Hunts Kererū children can come up with?
ReplyDeleteHave an awesome day today everyone: From Miss Muriel.
Wow Mrs Walker! I like your country addition scavenger hunt and bingo idea! I don't think I could tick many of those items off as I live pretty close to the city! I like how you drew them yourself! Looks like Frankie enjoyed the walk also!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
What a cool idea Mrs Walker - I wonder who will take up your challenge to create their own scavenger hunt and bingo idea? I think it could make walking a lot more interesting.

Wow, Mrs Walker, what a great idea to draw your own scavenger hunt. I can't wait to see what other people do.
ReplyDeleteHi Mrs Walker, this is very cool! I might give this a go on my walk this afternoon, I will let you know how I get on. Thank you for sharing!
