Hi Shanaya, I loved your singing at the start of your video - I found it very soothing and you sing beautifully. Your exercise and yoga instructions are amazing. I have been doing a lot of yoga during lockdown too. My favourite part of yoga is how relaxing it is, what is your favourite part of yoga?
Hey Shanaya, I loved your fitness video. It was great that you started off with a warm up and then finished with some yoga stretches. Thank-you for sharing your different poses. I will have to try out this workout at home. How often do you do yoga a week? I find it very relaxing.
