Hi everyone,
I hope you're all having a great week! I see some pretty awesome work has been popping up on the blog. Great work!
I hear you've been having fun in the Google hangout groups with Mr Gibson and Petra, or Miss Ferguson and Whaea Bonnie! I'm impressed with the delicious looking sandwiches on the blog.
Instead of joining you on Google hangout groups, I have been going into school to make home learning packs. I have been working with Mrs Hefferman, Mrs Walkinshaw, Victoria, Mrs Kellar and Jenny.
First we found activities that we think you would find fun and will keep your brain growing while you practice your amazing maths, reading and art skills.
Then we photocopy them all! There are a lot of pages - the poor photocopier has been working hard!
Next we sort them all into piles to make a pack.
Then they're all ready to put into bags.
Next we sort where we need to deliver them too and then we drive around delivering them to Wigram kids letterboxes! It has been nice to see some friendly Kererū kids wave at me when I deliver them.
It has been fun finding activities to put into the packs and great to see pictures on the blogs of your completed work. Well done!
Have you received a pack in your letterbox? What is your favourite activity in this week's pack? Maybe you could share it on the blog.
Have a great day, Mrs Walker
Thanks to you all for your great work with the home learning packs. We have heard lots of the children have been enjoying the activities and sharing what they have been doing :)

Hi Mrs Walker, I really enjoyed making my own word search. I did one with an athletics theme. I copied it and dropped it to my Grandma, Grandpa and Aunty for them to do. From Isaac
